“Laughter is the best medicine.” How many times have you heard that phrase? Several times, I think. Surprisingly, it was actually true! People who have a positive attitude in case of illness tend to recover more quickly. Those who tend to routinely experience fits of laughter to more balanced individuals able to manage stressful situations more easily than most. This should be your worry warts to disturb no end! Imagine here you are, and spent most of his time to stress about deadlines and other daily challenges, due to join and want to be recognized for your care. To top it all, now you are told that the people you secretly hated, because it applies to all actions without really trying, so hard to win or get seemed to have been all along.
