The Point of Resolve

“The point of the solution” is when an individual or group, the burden will be a difficult decision. There is a chance for great loss or great success. But finally, the door opens, you decide, and suddenly it is behind you. But for now, you’re on the decision point.

If we have to make difficult decisions we have to examine hundreds of variables. The vortex can confuse us. The process can feel unbalanced. But at some point we will have our moment of clarity. Once you drill, you are the solution when the past and in the mode of implementation. There is no turning back.

A leader in value, you need other than these moments of decision light. People need to know that you have made a difficult decision, a procedure that you have committed and there is no return. People are looking for a sign of determination of their leaders – it strengthens the confidence of knowing that their leaders are prepared to do is drive.

A critical mass of following a rule if the decision is finally made: all must unite to support the decision, whether against the past. The basic rule must be clear: it is decided by one, everyone agrees with him.

Transmission of results

At some point the decision is taken. The next step is that you look at the results and explains the reasons behind the decision. Surprisingly, this is a lot to reduce the decision-making. They can be made, but there are others who may be uncertain. A complex selection affects a large number of people. It may not happen often, where you see an error, a choice communicates too broad. On the other hand, I have countless examples of people far more important to know what the view.

Remember to publicly acknowledge all parties. The small appreciation – a team T-shirt, team photo, are important symbols of that I participated in an important decision. It’s the little things that count, the grand gestures and see people what they need to build confidence can be held.

Once the decision is taken, there is one thing you should do. You should contact the persons concerned and ask them about how the decision had been taken. What works well? Furthermore, how could we do better next time around? This return may seem unnecessary – but believe me, you things that will help you assemble your future decision-making process.
