There are days when it is quite difficult to motivate yourself, but you must continue to act together and independently. If you are likely to motivate your employees, it can seem even more difficult.

Regardless of their other interests in employment, employees want to feel they are valued by their employer. Research has shown that it is as important as enjoying their obligations to workers, access to promotion and training – and earns a fair wage. Just as we promote this sense of value?

The first opportunity is at the very beginning of the day, with the arrival of the boss.
