Protein shakes can be consumed by people who are intolerant to lactose and also for vegetarians (they can choose vegetable powder protein). However, you need to know that protein shakes come in different level. Hence, before you buy any of them, you better know the proper nutrition you need to achieve your result. For example: protein shakes contents and intakes for weight loss might be slightly different than for heavy body or muscle building. It is suggested that you always check for the nutrition and ingredients in product label to get the right protein shakes.

When you should drink your protein shakes? It is best to drink it in the morning as the high protein contents will boost your energy, burn your fat, enhance body metabolism, and also help your muscle building along with your exercises, activities, and diet menu. Protein shakes are available in various flavors you can choose based on your favorite taste like chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, or banana. If you want to add some vitamins to your protein shakes, you can add mango or tomato or pineapple to your drink.
