Do you cook with herbs, but they spend scads of money on herbs too expensive in the supermarkets? Do you know how easy it is for your own herbs? Try a small garden planted with herbs only – and some popular herbs are: basil, garlic, chives, oregano, coriander, rosemary, thyme and parsley. Add a little more of your favorites to your everyday cooking.

Herbs are also used for medical purposes, but that is another article unto itself.

This is the perfect season, start your herb garden. Start your plants growing within them a quick start.

You must go to the next step, immediately before going in nature, is the home of the sun. Find a comfortable spot in your garden that provides light and heat as possible close to your door. Also, remember that they need good soil, good light and warm temperatures. Remember, you are easier to place them in pots on your patio or deck, they will do just as well as the double duty and make the environment special. They like being fed and watered.

If “outside” the garden is not your thing, enjoy these little herbs growing in your home. Is it simply a lighted window, or the use of artificial lighting. Any way to create your own growing fresh herbs taste better, always available and save money.

If you’re good for your plants, they are good for you …. in your stews, chicken, soups, etc.etc.
